1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website classicswedes.com, part of Fillingscreens.nl, and to all services offered through this website.
1.2 By creating an account or using the website, you agree to these terms.
2. User account
2.1 Users can create an account to upload their own content (such as photos and descriptions of their Volvo).
2.2 A maximum of two Volvos may be added per user, unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 In case of violation of these terms or misuse of the platform, we reserve the right to remove accounts or modify content.
3. Uploading content
3.1 Users can upload photos, texts and other data relating to their own Volvo (up to model year 2000).
3.2 You guarantee that you are the creator of the content, or that you have the necessary rights to share this content.
3.3 It is not permitted to upload material that infringes the rights of third parties, is discriminatory, offensive or otherwise unlawful.
4. Licence and reuse
4.1 By uploading content, you grant classicswedes.com a non-exclusive licence to use, display, store and publish this content on the platform itself.
4.2 For reuse of content in other media (such as a book, print, social media or promotional materials), classicswedes.com will always ask the user for prior permission.
4.3 Content may be adjusted (e.g. cropped or optimised) for display on the website, provided this does not materially alter the character of the contribution.

9. Achterklep
9.1 Achterklep is the community board of classicswedes.com where members can share messages, questions and experiences.
9.2 Posts and replies must exclusively relate to Volvo-related topics, such as maintenance, restoration, parts, events and driving enjoyment.
9.3 The administrator of classicswedes.com has the right to remove posts or replies that are not Volvo-related, contain inappropriate or offensive content, infringe the rights of third parties, or otherwise violate these terms.
9.4 In case of repeated misuse of Achterklep, the administrator may decide to restrict a user's access to the board or the entire website, temporarily or permanently.
