- By creating an account or uploading content (such as photos or text about your Volvo), you give us permission to use it on the website itself.
- Photos and content may be shared on our social media with attribution of your name. For use in other media (such as a book) we will always ask your permission first.
- You remain the owner of what you upload.
- Only upload photos and texts you have created yourself or for which you have permission.
- We show your name, province, car(s) and membership duration on your profile and in the overview.
- We treat your data confidentially and comply with privacy law.
- If you post something inappropriate (such as discriminatory content or material that is not yours), we may remove it or block your account.
- Posts in Achterklep must be Volvo-related. The administrator may remove posts that do not meet this requirement.
- Private messages are only available to logged-in members. Keep it respectful — spam and inappropriate messages are not allowed.

1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website classicswedes.com, part of Fillingscreens.nl, and to all services offered through this website.
1.2 By creating an account or using the website, you agree to these terms.
2. User account
2.1 Users can create an account to upload their own content (such as photos and descriptions of their Volvo).
2.2 A maximum of two Volvos may be added per user, unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 In case of violation of these terms or misuse of the platform, we reserve the right to remove accounts or modify content.
3. Uploading content
3.1 Users can upload photos, texts and other data relating to their own Volvo (up to model year 2000).
3.2 You guarantee that you are the creator of the content, or that you have the necessary rights to share this content.
3.3 It is not permitted to upload material that infringes the rights of third parties, is discriminatory, offensive or otherwise unlawful.
4. Licence and reuse
4.1 By uploading content, you grant classicswedes.com a non-exclusive licence to use, display, store and publish this content on the platform itself.
4.2 classicswedes.com may share photos and content from users on social media (such as Instagram or Facebook), provided the user receives attribution (e.g. their name or username). Do you object to this? Contact us at support@classicswedes.com. For reuse in other media (such as print or a book) we will always ask for prior permission.
4.3 Content may be adjusted (e.g. cropped or optimised) for display on the website, provided this does not materially alter the character of the contribution.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 The copyright of content uploaded by users remains with the user, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 The design, structure and content of the website itself are owned by Fillingscreens.nl and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Privacy
6.1 classicswedes.com respects the privacy of users. Personal data is only processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
6.2 The user agrees to the display of profile information (such as name, province, membership date and uploaded Volvos) within the community.
7. Liability
7.1 classicswedes.com is not liable for damage arising from the use of the website, or from the use of uploaded content by third parties.
7.2 We reserve the right to modify, take offline or discontinue (parts of) the website without prior notice.
8. Changes to terms
8.1 classicswedes.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
8.2 Users are advised to check these terms regularly. Users will be informed by email of significant changes.
9. Achterklep
9.1 Achterklep is the community board of classicswedes.com where members can share messages, questions and experiences.
9.2 Posts and replies must exclusively relate to Volvo-related topics, such as maintenance, restoration, parts, events and driving enjoyment.
9.3 The administrator of classicswedes.com has the right to remove posts or replies that are not Volvo-related, contain inappropriate or offensive content, infringe the rights of third parties, or otherwise violate these terms.
9.4 In case of repeated misuse of Achterklep, the administrator may decide to restrict a user's access to the board or the entire website, temporarily or permanently.
10. Private messages
10.1 Logged-in members may send private messages to other members of classicswedes.com.
10.2 The messaging system is intended for respectful communication. Spam, unsolicited advertising, harassment or other inappropriate messages are not allowed.
10.3 classicswedes.com reserves the right to restrict a user's access or remove their account in case of misuse of the messaging system.
10.4 Messages are private and only visible to the participants of the conversation. In exceptional cases (such as reports of abuse), moderators may review messages for moderation purposes.
